Return Policy

At PetPOV, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request
a return. After this period, we will not be able to accept it.

CONDITIONS
- The product must be in its original, unused condition
and with intact packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for products damaged by
misuse.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Write to us at hola@petpov.com indicating:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
We will respond within 24 hours with the steps to follow.

REFUND
Once the product has been received and reviewed, we will process
the refund within 5 to 7 business days to the same
payment method used for the purchase.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will send you
a new one at no additional cost. Just contact us with
a photo of the product.
