At PetPOV, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

DELIVERY TIMES
- Peninsular Spain: 7 to 15 business days
- Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla:
  10 to 20 business days
- Europe: 10 to 20 business days

SHIPPING COST
- Standard shipping: free on all orders
- Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days
  after payment confirmation.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with
the tracking number so you can see where your PetPOV is at all times.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
All our prices include VAT. In some cases,
additional customs fees may apply depending on
your country's regulations. These costs are the responsibility of
the buyer.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED
If your order exceeds the maximum delivery time without
having arrived, contact us at hola@petpov.com and
we will handle it immediately.
